Consultation

$399 for 60-90 minutes

The program begins with a 60-minute intake session with Angie, our menopause coach. During this session, Angie will review your symptoms and goals, and address any questions you may have about the program. Following this, you will meet with Kim, our Nurse Practitioner, to explore various medication options. Additionally, you will undergo initial lab tests and a 3D body scan, which will assist in monitoring your physical changes and progress throughout the program. By the end of your visit, a personalized plan tailored to your needs will be created.

$179 monthly (6 month commitment)

Program Overview:


- 3D Body Scan: Initial body scan at the commencement of the program, with follow-up scans conducted biannually to monitor physical changes and track progress (valued at $69 each).

 

- Regular Check-ins: Monthly 30-minute follow-up consultations to assess and adjust the medication management plan as necessary (valued at $179 per visit).


- Monthly Coaching Session: One-on-one session with Coach Angie, a menopause specialist, to evaluate progress, lifestyle modifications, and hormone-related goals. Additional coaching sessions can be purchased (valued at $150).


- Biannual Labs: Comprehensive laboratory work performed biannually (valued at $400).


- Prescription Management: Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy of your choosing and adjusted as needed throughout your journey. (medication costs excluded)


Discounted Services:

- 20% discount on FullScript supplements

- 10% discount on vitamin injection packages

- $1 discount per neurotoxin unit

- 10% discount on aesthetic treatments

- 10% discount on retail skincare products


Membership Pricing:

- Monthly fee of $179, with a minimum commitment of six months; prescription costs are charged separately.

After six months, should you choose to transition back to your provider, we will provide a detailed letter outlining your regimen for ease of refills. We are also available to discuss your treatment plan with your previous provider upon request.

    Progesterone is another hormone that is important for women’s health. It can be used to treat symptoms of menopause, such as mood swings, anxiety, and insomnia. Progesterone can be taken in oral, transdermal, or vaginal forms.

  • Testosterone

    Testosterone is a hormone that is important for both men and women’s health. It can be used to treat symptoms of low testosterone, such as fatigue, low libido, and erectile dysfunction. Testosterone can be taken in oral, transdermal, or injectable forms.

  • Thyroid Hormone

    Thyroid hormone is a hormone that is important for many bodily functions. It can be used to treat hypothyroidism, which is a condition where the thyroid gland is not producing enough thyroid hormone. Thyroid hormone can be taken in oral or injectable forms.

  • DHEA

    DHEA is a hormone that is produced by the adrenal glands. It can be used to treat symptoms of aging, such as fatigue, low libido, and memory loss. DHEA can be taken in oral or transdermal forms.

    Bioidentical hormones are hormones that are manufactured to be chemically identical to your natural hormones produced by your ovaries. This term is oftened used by marketers to describe custom compounds that are identical to your hormones although there is no scientific meaning behind this term. 

    There is a difference between custom compounded hormones and FDA approved hormones. FDA approved hormones have scientific evidence to back them up for safety and efficacy. 

    Rejuvae will utilize a combination of FDA approved hormones and custom compounded hormones based on your unique needs. 


  • Why do I have to pay a monthly membership fee but medications are not included?

    This model allows us to provide a higher level of personalized, proactive care. By moving away from the traditional fee-for-service structure, we can focus on delivering comprehensive, unhurried, and holistic care without the constraints of per-visit billing. 

    This change will also give us the flexibility to offer more in-depth support between visits, enhancing your overall experience and access to care.  We are here to guide you through this transition. 


    Memberships will be limited to ensure that each patient can delve into their health history, fully explore current health needs, and have partnership on the path to achieving long-term health goals.



  • What if I don't want to join the membership program?

    With the membership model, we can dedicate more time and resources to addressing your needs. This model fosters a more holistic approach, allowing us to proactively manage your health with greater availability and more comprehensive, personalized care.


    We understand that the membership model may not suit everyone. Patients who choose not to participate in the membership program may need to find alternative care providers.
